Legal AssistantShelton, CT - Hybrid (4 days onsite)Consulting Position - 1-3 months$25-33 per hour
Seeking a Legal Assistant to support our client's Legal department for a short-term assignment. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a corporate legal team and be adept at managing calendars, preparing documents, and providing administrative assistance.
Responsibilities:Provide clerical and administrative support to the Legal departmentManage busy calendars and schedule meetingsPrepare reports, presentations, and legal documentsHandle incoming mail and organize filesProcess invoices and expense reportsArrange travel as needed
Requirements:Paralegal experience preferredLaw firm experience preferredStrong administrative assistant experienceProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAttention to detail and strong communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with various computer programs
