Role Purpose: The Director of Marketing will be responsible for managing the marketing efforts for EOX Vantage. By leading a team of (2) this individual will be responsible for building and executing the company's marketing efforts within a given budget ($500K). The position will participate in event planning and participation for company events. Additionally, it leads the development and execution of marketing strategies encompassing digital, promotional, and lead generation activities. This position manages new product development projects, evaluating market opportunities, financial analyses, and adhering to project timelines

Sales pipelineDetermines customer needs through voice of customer initiatives. Leads marketing strategy and implementation of digital, promotion, and lead generation activity. Manages new product development projects via a process inclusive of financial analysis, market opportunity and project timelines. Optimizes product pricing through margin analysis, sales optimization, and competition.
