What You'll Do

In this role you will be responsible for developing engine features to unlock the capabilities of Unreal Engine in the car, and you will play a significant role in determining the future of in-car entertainment. You will be part of our HMI team, and work hand in hand with Epic’s engine developers and platform engineers.

In this role, you will

Develop, deploy, debug, and maintain features of Unreal Engine and other technologies that help deliver great real-time HMI experiencesCollaborate with the Platform Team and Engineers to implement HMI-specific features and support the rollout to stakeholdersDevelop bleeding-edge products that raise the bar and leverage the broad Epic Games and FN ecosystems. Work with the best OEMs in the industry to fuel innovation utilizing the power of Unreal Engine

What We're Looking For

Excellent C++ skills and software engineering principlesScripting experience with Python, Blueprints or a similar languageKnowledge and experience working with Android OS, Linux experience is a plus Strong troubleshooting and debugging skillsExtensive expertise in optimizing Unreal Engine or other large software systems for optimal performance across various platformsYou’re user-focused, passionate, solutions-focused, and innovative. These traits equal success at Epic and influence everything we doExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate fluently in English
