Key skills – Refining requirements and initial requirements are completed. My client is in the Build & Test phases, coordinating & communicating between Business and IT.Listening, communication, and collaboration skills are imperative

A business analyst is responsible for analyzing an organization's business processes, systems, and objectives to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. 1. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather requirements for business initiatives or projects. 2. Documentation: Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows to ensure clear understanding and communication among team members. 3. Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders, such as clients, customers, and internal teams, to understand their requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment between business objectives and proposed solutions. 4. Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with testing teams to develop test plans, perform user acceptance testing, and ensure the quality and integrity of deliverables. 5. Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate complex concepts and technical information to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
