The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Market Development and Operations within its Corporate Development team. This role is pivotal in executing the long-term strategy and day-to-day operations, with a focus on acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and recapitalizations. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, capable of influencing across all levels of the organization, and will have end-to-end experience in building and managing partnerships. They must be highly organized, with validated project management skills, and have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. The role involves maintaining an inorganic strategy, facilitating strategic transactions, and reporting on performance to internal stakeholders. The Executive Director will also be responsible for refining engagement with external partners, implementing a relationship management tool, and establishing a talent recruitment and engagement strategy. Applicants for this Executive Director role should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a preference for an MBA, and at least 15 years of experience in healthcare services in the U.S. or a related field. Leadership experience, particularly in managing direct reports and building high-performing teams, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in business development at a financial sponsor, or experience in consulting, investment banking, or legislative affairs. They should be adept at structured thinking and execution, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities to meet deadlines. The position requires a high level of independent judgment, proactivity, and the ability to act as a proxy for senior leaders with various stakeholders.
