Senior Corporate Tax Manager - Up to $210k + bonus Reporting directly to the VP of Tax, this role will support the overall tax function for a global organization, including tax compliance, tax planning and accounting for income taxes. ***2 days onsite, 3 from home
- Description:Oversee tax accounting, reporting, compliance, and forecasts Lead a team of Corporate Tax AccountantsCollaborate with the Tax VP to strategize on organizational changes and tax laws, and analyze domestic and international structures.
- Develop and execute tax planning strategiesManage projects for domestic operations like transfer pricing and tax incentives.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and US Statutory tax provisions (ASC 740 and SSAP 101).
- Address tax issues related to federal, international, and state income tax returns.
- Coordinate accounting for income taxes with auditors.
- Handle transfer pricing and management fee arrangements.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and career development for the Tax team.
- Establish internal controls for income tax accounting.
Requirements:Bachelors degree in Accounting and/or Finance10+ years of combined public/corporate tax experienceInsurance industry experience
