Associate Program Manager - Professional Services

The Associate Program Manager position will introduce the applicant to Five9 and Five9 Contact Center Product and Delivery Methodology. As an entry level contributor to the Professional Services Team, the ideal candidate will be a passionate, ready to learn, be 100% a team player and performer and wanting to develop their skills to becoming a Program Manager. The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-managed individual who delights customers with their project management and relationship building skills.

Key Responsibilities

Effectively communicate plans, progress and status updates to both internal staff and customer stakeholdersEffectively run project meetings and follow up with identified Risks, Issues and/or Action itemsArticulate the value of Five9’s Professional Services through presentations, demonstrations and open discussion with customersEffectively create project artifacts and documentationEffectively communicate with internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate project portfolio wide initiatives for the enhancement and improvement of professional services projectsBuild on any prior experience with project/process management and apply it to the Five9 methodologiesConduct day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple Implementation projectsCollaborate with associated internal team members to ensure a streamlined implementation of all products

Key Qualifications

Minimum of 2-3 years experience in project related management, planning or coordinationExperience working in a dynamic, fast past environmentCustomer Service environment or Call Center industry experience desiredExposure to CRM (Custom Relationship Management) and Lead Management solutions is desiredDesire to learn how to manage multiple projects over varying complexity simultaneously while being provided training and management oversightAbility to work in a remote environmentHighly inquisitiveExcellent verbal and written skillsWilling to travel on occasion

This role is fully remote for candidates who reside at least 50 miles away from our San Francisco or San Ramon office locations. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Francisco or San Ramon locations, this role will be Hybrid.

Additionally, the total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.

All compensation and benefits are subject to the requirements and restrictions set forth in the applicable plan documents and any written agreements between the parties.

The US base salary range for this role is below.

$69,700—$123,800 USD
