These candidates should have more experience and perform at a higher level than the candidates you may have been submitting for the Level 1 roles previously. The ideal candidate would have experience doing board level troubleshooting and component repairs on electronic devices and circuits. Candidates with supervisor or lead technician experience are a plus.
