My client is a family-owned, general contractor based in downtown St. Louis, MO. They specialize in multiple sectors such as commercial, mixed-use, retail, offices spaces, multi-family, public works and light industrial projects across the greater St. Louis area. They are looking to grow their team with an experienced Project Manager that would oversee projects ranging from $500K-$20M.
REQUIREMENTS:Minimum of 3+ year of Project Management experienceDegree in Construction Management/related field (preferred) Must have pre-construction experience Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong work ethic, self-motivated and excited about the construction industryExcellent customer service skills and experience when handling client communications OFFER:$90,000-$130,000 (based on experience)Full healthcare coverage for employee & familyCar Allowance/Phone AllowanceLaptop or iPad 401K with company match up to 6% Discretionary bonus opportunities based on company and individual performanceFlexible PTOGreat work/life balance!
