- ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, executing, and overseeing high-impact projects that align with the organization's strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery from inception to completion for multiple high profile projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements related to strategic initiatives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment.
- Make recommendations for project management frameworks, principles and staff development.
- Participate and manage strategic planning, budgeting, contract initiation, and cross-project resource sharing, for strategic initiatives as assigned.
QualificationsMust possess 4-year degree. 7+ years of project management or strategic planning in a product organization or healthcare field. Project management certification required. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. Strong knowledge and experience with project management methodologies, tools and techniques (including Waterfall, Agile and hybrid project management methodologies) and an understanding as to when each is appropriate. Intermediate analytical skills to support reporting and analysis of metrics. Ability to express complex and technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing. Exceptional presentation skills, with experience communicating to stakeholders in both technical and non-technical fields.
