Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Superintendent at FORMA Construction. Proven experience in construction project management and supervisionStrong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulationsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and construction documentsExperience with scheduling software and project management toolsKnowledge of safety guidelines and ability to enforce them - OSHA 10 cert preferred. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsBachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)Minimum 5 years superintendent experience in residential construction
