Skills: Construction InternLocation: Summit NJDuration: 3 months+Qualifications & Experience:Education:• College Undergraduate currently enrolled in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or Science major. Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university during program calendar year. Completed at least 2 years of college/university to be eligible for the program. Must have a ≥3.0 GPAMinimum availability of 12 weeksPrevious experience in some job duties listed, either through course work or industry/academiaParticipation in student organizations and/or other leadership experience. Experience / Knowledge Desired:Experience or Major/ Career Focus in Facility Design, Construction Management, Maintenance and OperationsExperience with Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Project, etc)Knowledge of Autodesk systems and applicationsExperience with Digital Applications preferred (Sharepoint, Tableau)Experience in managing projects (including scholastic projects)On-site ProtocolPhysical presence at the BMS worksite or physical presence in the field is a necessary job function of this role, which the Company deems critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, employee well-being and engagement, and it enhances the Company culture. Job Type: ContractPay: $30.00 - $31.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per week
