Summary

Responsible for the overall operations of the assigned region as well as support of GDI US, as a whole. Implement and uphold the company’s vision, mission, values, and goals; establish goals and strategies; oversee the budgets and ensure proper allocation of resources.

Essential Duties

• Responsible for all aspects of operations and strategy for assigned region.
• Cultivate a culture that promotes inclusion, innovation, productivity, and collaboration.
• Utilize existing network and other means to increase organic growth by developing new client relationships and expanding sales to existing clients.
• Drive the business unit to surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.
• Build strong relationships, listen intently, and utilize clear & transparent communication.
• Lead by example and serve as an invested mentor, and coach to develop and advance the entire team.
• Provide day-to-day hands-on leadership and management.
• Monitor and analyze P&L and sales activity against the region’s budget and company goals.
• Devise ambitious, bottoms-up yearly budgets.
• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
• Write and submit reports to the President US on all matters of importance.
• Support overall GDI US business growth.
• Proactively identify future leaders and build opportunities for development and growth to support succession planning.
• Support and uphold GDIs commitment to ESG.
• Live the GDI Values.
• Represent GDI at industry events and on social media.

Bachelor’s degree preferred. 5-10 years high-level leadership experience (Commercial Facilities Services space highly preferred). Track record of leading and building business in the service industry Excellent attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Strong decision-making skills.
