The Opportunity

The Facilities & Engineering (F&E) Senior Planner is responsible for delivering planned predictable performance for facilities operations and maintenance. The F&E Sr. Planner will identify job constraints and ensure issues are resolved will obtain buy-in from all stakeholders impacted by upcoming maintenance events and provide the leadership to resolve issues. They will collaborate with the site scheduling groups to ensure all production-impacting maintenance activities are dispatched to the site master schedule. The F&E Sr. Planner will have the ability to manage multiple labor work centers and represent facilities planning in site-wide forums.

What you'll do

Network with senior internal and external personnel in their own area of expertise for continuous improvement of the Planner role. Represent Planning Team on assigned projects as a Subject Matter Expert. Provide daily oversight of sub-group performance and escalate issues as appropriate. Assess SAP notifications for immediate risk to production, safety or compliance, and establish work order priority. Translate SAP notifications into work orders; ensuring work is value added, communicating impact to production, assigning the appropriate labor/materials, and attaching relevant documentation. Write comprehensive and precise GMP notes in SAP notificationsTranslate maintenance strategies into SAP maintenance plans and task lists. Identify SAP master data/material data issues, providing the necessary research and documentation to initiate changes. Collaborate with Engineering and MRO to identify critical spares and determine stocking levels. Use network, site, and team metrics to improve planning effectiveness and efficiency

Who you are

Combined minimum 5-7 years experience as a maintenance technician, maintenance technical specialist, or maintenance planner, in a regulated industry. Proficient with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and Calibration Management Programs, preferably SAP.Leadership experience with a history of proactively identifying and resolving issues. College degree in a related technical discipline or relevant on-the-job training.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $85,000 - $135,000 max of hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
