Job Summary:We are seeking a Warehouse Associate for a 6-month position in Alameda, CA, with possible extensions. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of previous warehouse experience, including operating pallet jacks and forklifts. Responsibilities include unpacking boxes, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Training will be provided for forklift certification.
Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of previous warehouse experience preferredAbility to operate pallet jacks and forklifts; certification required (training provided)Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and carrying contents to designated areasProficiency in maintaining inventory using Excel or DatabaseHigh School Diploma or GED
Responsibilities:Use pallet jacks and forklifts to move pallets in the warehouseUnpack boxes and carry contents to designated storage areasMaintain warehouse inventory using Excel or DatabaseFollow organization standards to maintain quality serviceKeep shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat and cleanComply with standard operating procedures, rules, and regulationsEnter the required information into reports for monitoring and updating warehouse activity using Excel and/or WordMay receive training on Complaint Investigations, if needed by the business
Term & Start6- month contract FT, M-F 40hr/weekPay Rate: $23-28/HR ($46-56K Annually) Onsite in Alameda, CA
