About project:

We’re building a self-discovery app that helps users explore and analyze their personality, intelligence, relationships, and career strengths through engaging tests. The app offers personalized challenges, progress reports, and habit tracking, making your go-to tool for self-awareness, stronger relationships, and personal growth.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of delivering results (we’re also happy to consider exceptional candidates with less experience)

• Strong problem-solving skills — you dive deep into problems, identify root causes, and drive solutions from start to finish

• Strong analytical skills — you’re comfortable working with product metrics, data-driven hypotheses, and spreadsheets

• Fast learner — you quickly adopt AI and automation tools to accelerate the design, development, and launch of new user journeys

• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market and user research to identify growth opportunities

• Generate and prioritize product growth hypotheses

• Design, run, and analyze growth experiments to validate hypotheses

Would be a plus:

• Entrepreneurial experience

• Degree from a top university (e.g. KSE, KNU, NaUKMA, UCU)

• Interest in psychology
