Goliath has partnered with a well established prop trading firm that is widely recognized as one of the strongest HFTs in the space. The firm has opened up multiple roles for Front Office Software Engineers with strong C++ capabilities.
Role:The firm is looking for Software Engineers to be Onsite in NYC to help accelerate a one of the teams growth. Work involvement includes data structures, developing/ optimizing algorithms and latency software engineering.
Essential skills:BS in Comp Sci/ Mathematics/ Physics or similarly related field. Proficiency with C++ and exposure in Python. Expertise with Multicast and/or TCPIP/UDPExtensive experience with algorithm development & data structures.
Beneficial skills:MSCS or similarly related field. Experienced in equities, derivatives or fixed income. Experience with tick dataKnowledge or work in a low latency/ Ultra low latency environmentBackground in trading development is ideal or financeMathematical achievements / competitions.
Compensation:Total Compensation ranging between $300 - 450k for Jr - Mid and between $600-850k for someone more tenured.
