Kitchen Manager-Chef Responsibilities
Educate, guide, and lead the team toward excellence Cultivate respectful relationships with every kitchen member while upholding integrity and accountability Maintain impeccable standards with meticulous attention to detail Collaborate with the team to craft memorable guest experiences consistently Ensure seamless operations in a bustling, high-volume setting Efficiently manage portion control, recipe adherence, task lists, and waste management
Kitchen Manager-Chef Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience as a Kitchen Manager in a fast-paced, system-oriented casual or upscale-casual restaurant Demonstrated leadership prowess: approachable, coaching mindset, setting examples, and maintaining quality in a from-scratch kitchen environment Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments Proven track record of exceeding expectations, building relationships, and upholding standards Proficiency in inventory management and ordering processes Strict adherence to safety and sanitation protocols Proactive problem-solving abilities and hands-on approach to work
