As a Project Manager, you will lead critical change initiatives, ensuring initiatives are positioned for success through application of critical project management skills. You will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of assigned projects, ensuring consistency with appropriate strategy, commitments, and goals.

In This Role You Will

Provide leadership in the planning, documentation, and ongoing execution of projects, as assignedCreate and maintain a consistent approach to project management and services; act as a change agent for continuous improvement through enhanced methodologiesAssist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals, in collaboration with senior management and stakeholdersDevelop full-scale project plans, and schedule project timelinesEstimate and coordinate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals; assume administrative role for onsite or virtual meetings, calls, and webinars between internal and external participants; may manage project budgetsProvide direction and support to project teams; coach and mentor team members on methodology and general project management techniquesEffectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashionTrack project deliverables using appropriate tools; monitor and report on progress of projects to key stakeholdersProactively manage changes in project scope, and devise contingency plans to ensure the achievement of project outputsEnsure that the Company’s values and related management policies, procedures, and practices are strongly supported and implemented consistently when executing assigned projects

What You Bring To The Table

Minimum 3 years experience in project management required, including all aspects of process development and execution; 4+ years experience preferred4 year degree required Knowledge of project management principles and strategiesKnowledge of SAPAnalytical, planning, organizational, and time management skillsTroubleshooting and problem solving skillsLeadership skillsOral and written communication and presentation skillsConflict management skillsDecision making skills with the ability to take appropriate risksAbility to effectively interact and communicate with all levels within the Company and external constituentsAbility to manage competing priorities, multitask, resolve conflicts and make decisions in a rational, systematic, and logical mannerAbility to work in a team-based environment and manage resources effectivelyAbility to demonstrate a forward-looking, results-oriented perspective in motivating, inspiring, and managing people conducive to teamworkAbility to meet tight deadlines
