Job Descriptionsite supervisor overseeing all junior superintendents, suppliers, and subcontractors.the a project blueprint and monitor the project's weekly progress.and coordinate all job site operations.personnel and subcontractors to ensure timely service delivery and high-quality work.positive relationship with Owners, Design Consultants, and PM's.with local jurisdiction inspectors and utility company representatives to ensure compliance.enforce Safety Program and manage the Quality Control Programand maintain detailed short-term schedules.accurate invoice payment process and financial management of the project costs.day to day field issues.daily reports with all manpower and significant activities.
The Successful Applicantyears of experience working in the construction industry as superintendentideal applicant will have experience running numerous projects; however, preferably in the healthcare or class A office market sectors.in Construction Management or related field, preferred
