Our client is a hyper-profitable DTC health and wellness brand committed to empowering individuals on their wellness journey. As the Ecommerce Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind steering operational efficiency, supporting agency partners, and ensuring a stellar brand experience.
Responsibilities:Led the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budgetDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior managementCollect and organize project data for insightful analysis and reportingChampion an exceptional online shopping experience, focusing on user interface, navigation, and overall customer satisfactionOversee relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring seamless integration and performance optimizationConduct regular project status meetings, provide project updates, and prepare reports for senior managementStay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for innovative solutions that enhance our digital presenceImplement and maintain project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to optimize project delivery efficiency
Qualifications:3 -5 years of experience in E-commerce Project Management, focusing on direct-to-consumer brands in a start-up environmentExperience working with the following key e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Google SuiteProven success in managing projects from conception to completionStrong analytical skills and a data-driven mindsetExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in project management software and tools (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Notion)Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
