Title: Insurance Defense Attorney (Appellate Writer) Location: Midtown, Manhattan (Hybrid - In-Office 2-3x Per Month)Salary: $145-$185k
Haraka Headhunters LLC is an attorney search firm specializing in corporate attorney placements. We are currently working with a top-tier, NYC-based boutique law firm that is experiencing exponential growth and is looking to add a few more appellate writers to their team!
What We Are Looking For...At least 10 years of experience writing appeals, motions for summary judgment, etc. Must possess in-depth knowledge of NY Labor Law Sections 200, 240 (1), and 241(6)
Education Requirements:JD or LLM from a US ABA-accredited law schoolAdmitted and in good standing with the NY State Bar Association
