Title: Insurance Defense Attorney (NYLL - Construction) Location: Midtown, Manhattan (Hybrid)Salary: $150-$190k + $10k EOY Bonus
Haraka Headhunters LLC is an attorney search firm specializing in corporate attorney placements. We are currently working with a top-tier, NYC-based boutique law firm that is experiencing exponential growth and is looking to add a few more insurance defense attorneys to their team.
What We Are Looking For...Ideally, a minimum of 10 years of experience with the following:Report writing as well as writing motionsDefending insurance companies on NY Labor Law Sections 200, 240 (1), and 241(6)Diligently managing caseloads of 30+ files at any given time
Education Requirements:JD or LLM from a US ABA-accredited law schoolAdmitted and in good standing with the NY State Bar Association
