Project ManagerFrisco, TX (Hybrid)
The position is hybrid with 3 days onsite required.
Description:This individual will provide ongoing support for business sales program initiatives and tools while working closely with leadership, coaches, and cross-functional teams. In this role, the Program Manager will manage training program logistics, reporting, budgets, and communications as well as proactively assess business needs, identify potential issues, and work toward resolution with a sense of urgency.

Skillset MatrixTechnology Requirements - Proficient in Outlook, and Microsoft 365, experienced with Webex for webinars and using LMS platforms like Magenta U (OnPoint).
Typical Day - Coordinating meeting logistics, managing training events and resources, overseeing program communications, and maintaining budgets. Time management and prioritization are important.
Preferred Background - Prior experience in program/project management, preferably in a sales or corporate training environment. Familiarity with license management and vendor relations. Experience with metric reporting and budget/expense management.
Soft Skills - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building, strategic thinking, clear and effective communication, leadership abilities, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
