Your new company Hays, in partnership with a national private equity firm specializing in value-added and opportunistic real estate investments, is currently actively searching for a Senior Property Manager to oversee a multifamily portfolio throughout South Bay, Florida.
- Your new role Prepare financial statements, operating and leasing metrics.
- Manage vendors in a timely and reliable manner.
- Assist in development and implementation of operational strategies for assigned properties.
- Maintain relationships with tenants to preserve the highest level of tenant satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed Minimum of 5+ years of Property Management and / or LeasingProficiency in English and SpanishExperience with institutional financial reporting requirementsProficiency with AppFolio software preferred
