Extremely detail oriented and ability to track tasks from intake to completionStrong familiarity with Audio/Video and Conferencing hardware, Physical setup of equipment, Troubleshooting equipment downtime or failures. Task management skills. Take in incidents and support requests, document and track tasks in a consistent manner to be consumed by multiple levels of interest, document and communicate blockers, and collaborate to identify methods of overcoming blockers. Technical writing skills to document process and instructional guides. Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops (or equivalent), submission of bugs and task. Coherently describing steps followed, observations from the execution of those steps, and blockers Strong communication skills and ability to speak to multiple levels of knowledge (Developer --> End User). Comfort in communicating with Client FTEs in a professional mannerSlight to moderate familiarity with PowerShell or any other Scripting / automation. Experience using administrative monitoring and management platforms.
