Job Description:As a District Manager reporting to the Division Vice President, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance of multiple stores within your assigned district. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the delivery of legendary customer experiences, driving sales growth, and managing expenses effectively. Key Responsibilities:Manage the operations of multiple stores within your district, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent to build high-performing teams that deliver exceptional customer service. Implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve financial targets. Monitor and manage controllable expenses to optimize profitability. Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide coaching, and ensure compliance with operational standards. Collaborate with store managers to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans. Build strong relationships with store teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Act as a liaison between corporate leadership and store teams, communicating company initiatives, policies, and procedures. Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, forecast sales, and make informed business decisions.
