Job DescriptionHealth Source Group is currently conducting a search for skilled and experienced CT Technologists for the NYC area.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProvides for patient safety and high-quality careInterpreting the orders provided by the physician or other prescribing medical professionalPositioning patients properly to take the necessary imagesAdministering IVs that contain contrast dyes to enhance imagingExamining images to ensure they’re usableUpdating patient medical informationCleaning and maintaining CT scan equipmentKeeping inventory of CT scan supplies and making orders for supply restocks as required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:NY Radiologic Technologist licenseExperience in Radiography with competency in CT and special imaging techniquesKnowledge of Radiographic, Fluoroscopic, specials, and CT imaging proceduresGE and Philips CT Exp. a plus. EPIC Training onsite. 1 year experience in a hospital setting requiredCurrent Physical, Immunizations & VaccinationsCOVID card
