Health Source Group is currently conducting a search for skilled and experienced Cardiovascular Operating Room RNs for the NYC area.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAdministering medicationsCollaborating with physicians and surgery techsCollecting laboratory samples of blood and other bodily fluidsDressing changesEmergency resuscitationManaging and accessing central lines like ports and PICCsManaging and inserting foley cathetersManaging cardiopulmonary bypass machinesSedation assistanceStarting and accessing IVsSurgical incision site cleaning
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:NY RN licenseTwo years of the following experience is required: Scrub and circulating RN experience, IV insertion and phlebotomy skill, conscious sedation experienceRN must have experience in Cardiovascular OR cases. Current Physical, Immunizations & Vaccinations
