HVAC Installers work as part of a crew in a fast-paced environment changing out equipment on commercial properties. To be successful as an HVAC crew member, you should have a strong work ethic with the drive to learn and grow. Ultimately, a top-notch HVAC crew member should be physically fit, good with their hands, and able to effectively follow instructions.

WHAT HELIOS NEEDS FROM YOU
Installing roof units for heating and air conditioning as well as the units inside commercial buildings. Operating a variety of hand and power tools needed for HVAC installation. Following instructions for picking up and delivering parts, tools, materials, and supplies to and from the job site. Ensuring all tools, materials, and equipment are in good working orderOperating equipment on jobsite (EX. Forklifts, Scissor lifts)Coordinating with team members to provide excellent customer service. Ensuring all HVAC systems remain compliant with industry standards and regulations.

Helios determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay range for this position is between $18-22/hr. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
