Position Overview

We're actively recruiting a full-time Operations Manager to join our team—a role designed for individuals deeply committed to our mission and excited about shaping the future of K-12 computer science education. As an Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in providing operational support to departmental leaders. Your responsibilities will include overseeing company processes, guiding departments to enhance productivity, managing hiring and onboarding processes for new employees, and leading overall tech support efforts. Experience as a successful Operations Manager is highly desired. Strong organizational as well as multitasking skills are crucial.

This role presents opportunities for promotion within the Operations organization, where your innovative ideas will play a pivotal role in propelling the company's long-term success and shaping the evolution of the Operations infrastructure.

Your responsibilities will include

• Generate and implement new strategies to improve efficiency throughout the organizationCoordinate cross-departmental communication and delegate tasks as required.
• Recruit, oversee recruitment efforts, and spearhead the onboarding process for new hires.
• Manage collection of customer payments.
• Manage rostering and technical support tickets to ensure quick turn around for customers.
• Evaluate and analyze the performance of assigned departments, in collaboration with departmental leaders, to identify and optimize inefficiencies.
• Oversee inventory management, shipping logistics, procurement of marketing materials, and coordination of conference-related materials.

What we’re looking for:

3+ years of successful operations experience. Strong organizational skills, with a keen ability to effectively manage time to meet goals and complete tasks efficiently. Comfort and experience working in a startup environment, with a strong ability to prioritize and ensure delivery of most important itemsStrong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in Hubspot, G-suite and Click-up is preferred. Passionate about our mission and eager to make a meaningful contribution to long-term student success. High integrity, an authentic team player who enjoys leading, collaborating, and uplifting teammates. Possesses a growth mindset and exhibits a self-starter mentality. Preferably located in Texas.
