Primary Responsibilities:Review and approve invoice activity and work with outside vendors to obtain necessary documentsAssist with month-end close process and account reconciliationsWork with purchasing and accounts payable departments to resolve any discrepanciesAudit construction project spending for accuracyQualifications:Bachelor's degree in AccountingProficient in Microsoft Office - advanced Excel preferredCommunicate effectively with wide variety of stakeholdersAbility to learn new systems and processesThis position has great work/life balance and most people leave at 4:30pm every day.
