Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Research and Development Intern based out of our Clintonville site. In this role, you will provide essential support to our Innovation Center. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Product Performance Testing and Analysis – Various tests that ensure product quality based on customer requirements and specifications. Product Optimization – Support team to help product strength and capabilities to product performance. Explore opportunities to enhance the product strength and capability as defined by internal team. Gather data and interpret results and work with internal team to make recommendations.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in R&D and innovation within a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about learning, adaptable to changing priorities, and eager to contribute to impactful projects.
