Senior Manager, M&A

We're looking for a dynamic Senior Manager of M&A Integration with strong M&A transactions experience and exceptional project management skills.

In this role, you will lead the coordination of teams during the M&A integration process, focusing on integrating new acquisitions into the finance tech stack, managing audits, and optimizing onboarding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to design and implement onboarding plans for post-acquisition finance and accounting operations.
• Collaborate with the diligence team to assess and plan resources, refine accounting policies, and manage financial adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with ASC 805, coordinating with valuation firms and managing auditor relationships.
• Advocate for and implement strategic improvements to enhance the onboarding process.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Extensive experience in M&A and project management within a corporate or consulting environment. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting requirements, including ASC 805.
