Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)Travel: 10% domestic travel based on need
Key Responsibilities:Team up with other HR colleagues and Leadership to deliver best in class HR support. Analyze compensation reviews, support employee relations, and ensure compliance with federal/state employment regulations. Establish strong working relationships with managers and employees at all offices. Conduct employee investigations when necessary and escalate as appropriate. Facilitate the performance review process, guiding managers on performance improvement and professional development plans. Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs. Identify proactive opportunities to disseminate HR best practices. Partner with managers and Corporate HR-Learning and Development to identify development opportunities and training programs. Develop and distribute reports for HR projects or functions with consistency and accuracy. Conduct exit interviews and perform analysis to determine trends in attrition. Support and facilitate exceptional employee experiences with onboarding and orientation of new hires.
Skills, Experience, and Education Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field.8+ years’ experience as a generalist or BP with a focus on employee relations, investigations, understanding EEO laws, and conflict resolution. Strong understanding of state and federal laws, including depth in CA employment law. Experience in an enterprise environment supporting a large employee population. Exceptional business acumen, including experience with diverse populations and all levels of leadership. Strong time management skills and ability to deliver on competing priorities. Ability to manage expectations, communicate effectively, and own your area of expertise.
