Responsibilities
Provide white glove support to the business via chat, phone, or in-personTroubleshoot a myriad of technology applications across the businessBe an adaptable team member who is willing to learn and grow their career through experiences
Required Qualifications & Experience
College degree not required, but preferredAt least one year of end-user support or application support experienceTeam/business first mindset
