Job Description

We are seeking a contractor to join our team to support a project (ARIBA) and assist with data cleansing and data harmonization.

The primary purpose of this role will be to support the Global supplier registration activity as Ariba is implemented in other businesses.

The selected candidate will assist with ARIBA implementations by administering and monitoring supplier registrations. Working with Project team members including workstream leads, Vendor Master administrators, IT/Digital Technologies team membersInitiating invitations for suppliers to register in ARIBAMonitoring supplier registration status with reports and que reviewsProviding registration support and troubleshootingReviewing the supplier responses and ensuring data accuracy, Spotting and correcting issues and inaccuraciesChecking for existing supplier records to eliminate duplicate supplier profile creations Assist with data cleansing to ensure the quality and accuracy of the data will enable a successful data migration. How will the contractor’s success be measured? (Quantifiable measurements): The support will be needed through multiple “waves” of data extractions from the different Business Unit Systems. This will align with the project schedule and testing. Success is measured by meeting the goals of completion of the required file reviews and updates by the project deadlines. Years of Experience Required (if any): Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma, GED or AA/AS degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required.
