📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.• At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.• Experience in AWS, DevOps Tools, CICD Pipelines, Jenkins, scripting and support experience with EC2, Load balancer, Autoscaling, AMI, Elastic Beanstalk, S3, VPC, RDS- (MySQL Arora) services
Preferred Qualifications:• At least 7 years of experience in Unix/Linux, Oracle, Scheduling tools, Java and Apache or Nginx.• At least 5 years of experience in L2/L3 production support activities, application/platform monitoring• At least 5 years of working experience on Aurora MySQL and Oracle databases.• Troubleshooting with Docker containers• ITIL certification is a plus• Experience with enhanced monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Splunk, AppDynamics, DynaTrace and MoogSoft will be preferred• Hands on experience with incident/change/problem management and ticketing tools like Service Point, Remedy, CA Service Desk etc.• In-depth understanding on Docker/Kubernetes setup, CLI, runtime parameter injections.• Setup AWS (Others as well) cloud VPC, Serverless accounts & Infrastructure for deploying to both EKS, ECS• Good knowledge on Storage engines and efficient data storage mechanisms on Cloud.• Good hands on experience on setting up Security Infrastructure, Security Vault and wiring that Trust stores/Keystores during application runtime.• Git, BitBucket, JUnits, CodeCoverage tools integrations into the DevOPS build/deploy pipelines• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills• Strong communication & articulation skills• Ability to work in team environment• Experience and desire to work in a Global Delivery Model
