Looking for Lead .Net Developer to join our team in Dallas, TX
Lead .Net Developer. Dallas TX (Onsite , TX)Long term Contract
Tech Stack: T-SQL, CP, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, Blazor, Razor, NodeJS, ASP.NET 6, ASP.NET Core
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:Lead strategic initiatives related to complex software in C# t or other selected languages for client products and/or applications. Manage and plan projects with resources and deadlines. Develop and mentor junior personnel within the Software Engineering team, including any 3 parties needed to help grow and/or meet strategic business objectives surrounding the Catalyzer and software.development globally Help team utilize software engineering tools such as configuration management systems, build processes and debuggers in the full software development process. Provides reliable solutions to a variety of problems using sound problem solving techniques Performs technical root came analysis and outlines corrective action for given problems. Works collaboratively and professionally with other associates in cross functional teams to achieve goals Apply a sense of urgency, commitment and focus on the right priorities in developing solutions in a timely fashion.
Minimum Qualifications:Graduation from an accredited technical school or college or university with a bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering OFR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.10+ years of expertise in .Net DevelopmentMust demonstrate proficiency and possess experience necessary.software in C# and other selected languages. Demonstrates mastery of relevant software engineering tools (source control systems, build processes, debuggers, etc). Demonstrated knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies, including SQL Server and T-SQL.Demonstrated proficiency of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Microsoft ASP.NET Core MVC and other web development applications and toolsMust demonstrate proficient ability to capture and document software requirements and specifications. Proven decision making and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and complete duties and projects with little direct supervisionExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to produce high caliber deliverables on a short timeframe Must have excellent organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in ASP NET 6, Blazor WebAssembly, Elasticsearch, SCSS, and TypeScript Strong experience creating and maintaining stored procedures and T-SQL functionsHigh degree of proficiency in Excel Understanding of Agile processes and management structureExperience with Azure DevOps
