This role is a permanent full time position that requires this person to work onsite M-F during regular working hours 8a-5p and offers a 9/80 schedule. Their direct team will consist of 3 Process Engineers and 2 Process Chemists at their Industrial Plant and will be immersed within the Modifier Business Segment. This role will be reporting into the Production Manager and support them with the budget planning process. This person will be responsible for managing and developing the engineer and chemists by implementing and creating Individual Development Plans. This person must prioritize safety and will be responsible for carrying out best safety processes while following OSHA and HSE regulations. Ensure excellence in process safety management, including process hazard analysis (PHA), pre-startup safety review (PSSR), management of change (MOC), incident investigation, and process safety information (PSI). This role will lead the capital project planning and prioritization process. Lead team members to develop project scope and collaborate with project engineering to implement capital projects.
