ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with technology development teams for reliability assessmentsReview existing reliability issues and potential issues with new technologies, materials, or processesCreate reliability assessment plans to discover potential reliability issuesConduct statistical data analysis to understand and to report reliability assessment resultsCollaborate with internal labs for reliability stress tests and failure analysesDevelop and implement new reliability test methods with internal labsDesign accelerated reliability stress tests to develop or verify reliability stress (acceleration) models
