Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or equivalent work experience Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures Computer-related courses (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.) Must read and interpret project plans and specifications. Must be able to acquire access to federal facilities. OSHA 30-Hour Safety Knowledge of OSHA guidelines Working Knowledge of USACE EM 385-1-1

Responsibilities:Supervise the timely and cost-effective installation of the contracted work of either the total project or, due to size, scale, and complexity, a particular scope(s), subcontractor(s), or other portion(s) of the project. Develop a plan for the sequence of work. Develop a project schedule. Plan and organize project work to ensure all work is in place in accordance with contract documents. Have a working knowledge of owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders. Know the scheduled delivery dates for all critical path material and equipment. Update project schedule monthly and in accordance with contract documents. Control field costs for Plenary and subcontract work. Supervise the field workforce to ensure all work is done in the most cost-efficient manner. Schedule and monitor field productivity. Have good working knowledge of equipment. Implement a safety program. Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure that all working conditions and work habits comply with company, contract, and government standards. Take remedial action when required. Implement the company’s safety policies and procedures. Assist in resolving scope conflicts. Participate in the project management functions. Assure the punch list is completed on time. Participate in marketing proposals and presentations.
