Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Bioinformatician at Insilicom LLC. As a Bioinformatician, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to statistics, sequencing, data analysis, DNA sequencing, and research. You will use your skills to extract insights from large datasets and contribute to ongoing research projects. This is an intellectually stimulating role with the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and make a significant impact in the field of bioinformatics.
QualificationsExperience in statistics, sequencing, and data analysisProficiency in RNA-seq data analysis, and single cell RNA-seq data analysis Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of bioinformatics tools and databasesExperience with GEO database and cBioPortal is a plusPh. D. degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field
