Title: Scrum Master
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Duration: 6 Month+
Compensation: $50 - 60/hr.

With your expertise in agile methodologies and leadership skills, you'll empower our teams to deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently.
Skills Required
Minimum 2 years of software development delivery experience with at least 1 year dedicated to full-time Scrum Master role. Proven track record in team growth and Agile transformations. Familiarity with various agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile. Ability to coach and train team members on Scrum framework and other agile methodologies. Demonstrated commitment to Scrum values and principles. Continuous learning mindset, seeking to expand lean/agile knowledge. Experience in leading distributed and remote teams. Strong skills in facilitation, conflict resolution, and fostering a transparent culture.
