Skills Looking For:Automation and Controls engineer position. Experience with Allen Bradley controls PLCs specifically studio 5,000 is a must-have. Good Knowledge of Ethernet connections, IT, IP, and networking. Familiar with FDA regulatory requirements, change control, documentation, and validation. Combination of two primary tasks. First one is returning equipment to production; emergency support, and helping troubleshoot to diagnose and address root causes to get machines returned to production. Second one is the heavy task: They will work on 3 major projects with significant validation work. Some are brand new machines and this control engineer will help in getting this machines running and get them programmed in a way that applications can be tested and updates can be made as necessary. Ability to read IEC and NCE documents (Electrical schematics). Technician experience will not be applicable here as this is a senior-level role. Must come from a regulated environment preferably a medical device. Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree preferred (Engineering degree; Electrical, Mechanical) with 4 plus years of experience. Associate degree with 7+ years of experience.
