IntePros is excited to partner with a Fortune 200 Investment Banking and Financial Company in helping them identify a Data Entry Clerk for a critical engagement in Pittsburgh, PA.
Data Entry Clerk role & responsibilities
Responsible for entering information from a variety of sources into a computer database. Must meet standards for production volume, accuracy, and completeness. Requires strong attention to detail, and good communication skills, and the ability to work well under various stressful and time-sensitive situations. Qualified candidates will possess excellent data entry skills, 10 key as well as entering data into a free text form (new account forms, names, address, etc). Candidates will need to be able to comprehend and listen to directions, use MS office applications, 1-2 years of relevant work experience is required. Billing processor- candidate producing client invoices based off established fee scheduleAnalyzing and interpreting fee scheduleProvide guidance to less experience billing administratorSkills: Written and verbal communication skills, attention to details, time managementProficient in excel- templates, run reports, filtering. Pivot tables and V lookups a plus
