Project Manager II

IntePros is looking for a Project Manager to work 100% remotely for our Premier Client located in Seattle, WA. This is an exciting role that will work directly on a reverse logistics team on limited warranty policies and procurement purchasing.

Responsibilities

Following and participating in customer experience case management. Action end to end case management processing of inbound requests from intake tickets that involves solving replacement issues for warranty support and lead right to repair request. Provide program support through pulling and reporting KPI’s for internal reviews.

What are the top three MUST HAVE skill sets (technical) required?

3+ years of experience working with MS Office in a professional environment. 2+ years of case management experience. 2+ years of research project experience.

What are the top three PREFERRED skill sets (technical)?

Root cause analysis experience Procurement/purchasing end-to-end experience.
