The Account Manager is responsible for implementation of new clients, as well as ongoing management of existing clients.
Responsibilities
- Work with a team of professionals to complete Affordable Care Act reporting for assigned national customers.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and brokers.
- Develop and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate client records and track contract updates.
- Liaise between the client and internal business partners.
- Perform regulatory audits and year-round maintenance.
- Coordinates ACA process to ensure compliance with the Affordable Care Act reporting and IRS filing.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate or Bachelor's degree preferredExperience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needsAbove average knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPointStrong communication skillsStrong work ethic, organization, and problem solving skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamManage time-sensitive tasks effectivelyExceptional decision-making and administrative skills
