Interior Design Assistant - High-End Custom Residential | Marco Island, FL

This is an exciting opportunity for an Interior Design Assistant to work closely with an inclusive and welcoming design team in Marco Island, FL. Our client has been designing and building great spaces for over 22 years. Their closely knit team is a collaborative group, drawing on each other’s strengths to design beautiful custom homes. We are seeking an energetic and growth-minded Interior Design Assistant with the ability to support all phases of residential design projects. In this role, you will be an integral part of a small but dynamic team and be exposed to every aspect of the design process. You will collaborate with the Principal Designer from concept to completion. In this crucial position, you will support the design team to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and above expectations. The ideal candidate for this role has the ability to assist with the design, organization, and project management of all phases of design.

QualificationsCollege degree in interior design or related field1-2 years of relevant interior design experienceASID a plusExperience with Builder Trend preferred, or ability to learn it quicklyProficiency with Microsoft Office and Google SuiteExperience with design and office management softwareAn eye for design, brand recognitionExperience in all project phasesThrives in a creative, friendly, and collaborative environmentHighly motivated, organized, people-oriented, detail-oriented, enthusiasticResourceful in problem-solving and finding solutions
