Plant Manager Jackson, TN Really neat company going through some cultural change and solid growth. Looking for a Plant Manager who can lead the people and be a force on the manufacturing floor. This position located near Jackson, TN in a plant of about 25-30 people. Very clean and updated facility with lots of activity. Plant runs 2 10-hour shifts, Mon-Thurs, sometimes on Friday depending on customer demand. As the Plant Manager you will be responsible for the overall management and direction of the day-to-day business operations, ensuring sales and production objectives are met at the lowest cost consistent with product quality requirements, while maintaining high safety standards and ensuring all legal and regulatory compliance. Develops business plans, budgets, and staffing requirements to support growth to annual sales volumes through delegating authority to key direct reports and utilizing inputs from cross-functional peers. Recruiting 4-year Bachelors degree preferred, an Associates degree with applicable experience will all be considered. 5+ years leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing operation. Ideal exp. with molding and fabrication related products. Computer Skills: Microsoft Office -- MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; proficiency in use of Quality Systems, ERP (NetSuites preferred) & MRP systems.
